The monthly payout run
This is the platform's signature move. Every month, each operator's statement — collections, management fee, new-let fees, renewal fees, maintenance markup, reimbursements — is computed from what actually happened in lettings, not from invoices anyone typed. The run drafts live, gets approved, and pays with every line traceable to its events.
Recorded in the live product at 1280 × 800 against the seeded portfolio — unedited.
The live draft
Before you build anything, this month's numbers are already forming: collections to date and the fees they imply, per operator, updating as lettings work happens.

Build the run
One action freezes the draft into a run — 120 statement lines, from collections and lease events the platform witnessed itself.

Read any line
Each operator's line shows the arithmetic: what was collected, each fee against its rate, and the net due. The management agreement, executed as software.

Approve
A second pair of eyes approves the run — status, timestamp and approver on the record.

Mark it paid
Payment closes the month. Three runs on file now tell the story any auditor wants: drafted from events, approved by a person, paid on a date.
